Using this website

This is an information website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a contact-form database. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and protect the site. External links take you to services with their own privacy arrangements.

Contacting us

Email links open your email application. They do not submit a form or send a message automatically. If you contact us, we use your contact details and the information you provide to respond, discuss a possible engagement and manage any resulting work. Our company email uses Google Workspace.

Why we use information

We process enquiries for our legitimate interest in responding to people seeking our services. Where we agree work, we process the information needed to enter into or perform that agreement. We also retain records where legal obligations require it. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and access

Information is retained for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, engagement or applicable record-keeping obligations, then reviewed for deletion. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to carry out the relevant work. If an engagement needs research data, sensitive information or international data sharing, the arrangements will be agreed separately.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or request restrictions on its use, subject to applicable law. Contact md@innovensys.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
